Grimes posed topless on Monday night as she promoted upcoming video gameCyberpunk 2077.

The musician, 32,who welcomed son X Æ A-Xii six months ago with SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, 49, revealed that she will be playing a 'cyborg popstar' in theaction role-playing game released byCD Projekt.

Taking to social media to show off her signature eclectic style, Grimes posed topless with her friend and model,Liv Boeree, as she unveiled her body art design.

TheCanadian singer, who recently revealed she's changing her stage name to 'C' protected her modesty with two red pixel hearts as she displayed her svelte figure.

Grimes styled her peroxide blonde locks into a sweptback hairdo and accessorised with a pearl headband, she added a slick of make-up.

The singer and friend Liv both showed off the star's body art design which comprised of a series of black lines across their shoulders and down their torso.

Grimes penned: 'Whose excited for @cyberpunkgame !!!! Dec 10!!! Im playing a cyborg popstar so I hope y'all make it to that part of the game hahaha.'

She added: 'Body art by grimes on my model @liv_boeree Swipe for galactic lady of shallot.'

Grimes also took to her Instagram Story where she shared a selfie of herself mid action drinking a glass of wine and eating some food.

The singer wore a black high-neck top as she left her left her peroxide blonde locks loose and styled halfback.

Other updates included a sweet shot of herson X Æ A-Xii as he played with a baby book about space, which she captioned with pink hearts.

Grimes will voiceMetadwarves frontwoman Lizzy Wizzy in Cyberpunk 2077 and she will star alongsideKeanu Reeves in the video game.

Keanu will play deceased rock star-turned-terrorist Johnny Silverhand, whose soul was digitized into a bio-chip the protagonist implants into his own head.

Johnny - who has a mechanical arm - is out for revenge in megalopolis Night City, aiming to bring down the mega-corp that created the bio-chip.

It's a mature-rated, choose-your-own-adventure game from CD Projekt Red, which has different outcomes depending on the player's own actions.

It comes after Grimes shared a series ofoffbeat snapshots on Thursday, as she promoted the release of her new colouring book.

The 32-year-old musician released her first art book Grimes: Miss Information, a Coloring Book last week.

And to mark the occasion, the star shared a snap of herself sipping from a wine glass while posing atop a giant plant pot, while in another she played the accordion.

Sporting her signature eclectic style, Grimes sported a black top and skirt with pink tights, while she wore her hair in dyed blue curls.

She captioned the snaps: 'Hey guys my coloring book is in stores now. If u wanna support indie/ local book stores u can get it at (link in bio). Illustrations by grimes.'

Grimes' Thanksgiving Day posts come after she openedup about her approach to parenting, including how her son X Æ A-Xii already has shown his tastes and preferences - including the 1979 war film Apocalypse Now.

'I've watched Apocalypse Now and stuff with my baby,' she toldThe New York Times. 'He's into radical art. Like, he just actually is, and I don't think it's problematic to engage with them on that level.'

The Canadian songstress currently uses the name c in regards to the speed of light.

Grimes, real name is Claire Elise Boucher, said she has worked with an app called Endel to make an 'A.I. Lullaby' for the child and help him sleep better, gauging his reactions when he would 'smile more and stuff' with tweaks to the lullaby program.

'The first version, there was too many sort of sharp bells, and it caused tears and just general chaos,' she said, noting that the finished version, which included her voice, is 'a bit sparklier' and a 'bit nicer' than her initial attempts.

'I was basically personally just referencing ambient music I've heard, and then kind of trying to make it cuter.'

Grimes said that she was looking to get away from the standard devices people use to help lull their babies to sleep.

'When you have a baby, you're always using white noise machines,' Grimes said. 'It's much easier to get them to sleep if you train them on some kind of audio situation.

'And so I was just like, could this be more artistic? ... I think at some point, we will want to, as a species, have a discussion about how involved A.I. will be in art.'

She continued: 'In general, stuff for babies is really just creatively bad. I don't want your first introduction to the world to just be all this aimless crap.'

Grimes said that she wasn't 'insulting babies' or their intelligence, but rather the opposite.

'I just feel like getting out of the like, 'Here's a zebra and a bear in, like, pastel color tones' energy,'' she said. 'That's just one very small sort of creative lens that things can be looked at through.'

Grimes, who began seeing Musk in 2018, noted that babies 'do have taste,' and 'definitely like some things,' 'don't like other things' and 'fully have opinions.'
