Made our trip very comfortable. A trusted hotel. I was very pleased with the location. Visited family with comfort knowing that the room was trusted. Service provided extra towels when requested. Overall, great visit.

We booked a stay here because we took a mini family trip to Legoland. We arrived to find out the pool was closed due to heater being broken. Nobody notified beforehand either. In addition to that there was a bowling tournament that weekend and they took over the lobby playing cards, swearing and beer cans stacked up. I am not judging people for partying because I do the same thing however I usually do it at a bar not a hotel lobby. The front desk said because of the pool being broken I could cancel with no penalties. I was stuck with 2 crying kids to fi and another hotel with no help or no cares by this place. All this was fine and dandy and I found another place. Then the real problems started. They still charges my account saying I stayed there. 5 phone calles and 4 hours of total time I got it back through working with IHG. I tried working with the hotel directly but they were non responsive.

Located in Clinton Township, we are just off M-59. Our hotel is within two miles of Lakeside Mall, The Mall at Partridge Creek, and University Center. We are 10 minutes from Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill, and 40 minutes from downtown Detroit. We have over 1,300 sq. ft. of event space, plus an on-site restaurant, free WiFi, and fitness center.

Let's start by saying we booked a 2 room suite for 3 nights (king and 2 double). When we went to check in we were told there were none and split our family into two separate rooms for the first night. The second night we were moved to a suite, but not as what we reserved, and our autistic son was not too happy having to sleep on a pull out couch! We asked to talk to a manager upon checkout and was advised there were none on duty that day and was assured we would get a call the next day from one. Well, it has been weeks and no call. Additionally we asked that the room was to be charged to a different card than what was used for the reservation and that didn't happen either. We've reached out several times via phone to resolve, each time promised a call back from the manager, each time no call. The facility was filthy and you would think they would pay more attention to cleanliness during the pandemic. Each day we passed the same coffee spill on the tile floor by the elevator., and there was no hand sanitizer to be found, even by the self-serve breakfast bar. Even after contacting IHG Corporate we were assured contact within 48 hours, has been 5 days still no call. Avoid this place as if it was an infected person walking up to you without a mask! Gave 1 star because no stars was not an option.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Chesterfield Township was awesome. We couldn’t have stayed at a better motel, the accommodations were excellent and all the staff members especially Kim and Mike we’re awesome. Thank you for a great time and a nice clean room and an awesome weekend stay…. David Emery

We liked the size of the room but it looked dingy. There were stains on the furniture and carpet. The bed was hard and the blanket dingy. We had to asked for an extra blanket because we couldn't get the room at a comfortable temperature. It was either too cold or too hot. They ran out of breakfast food and even coffee on some days. We stayed a week. There was so much chlorine in the pool that even after I washed and rinsed my suit 4 times it still faded and smelled like bleach. You could smell the pool by the elevators! The staff were nice. We expected much more from a Hyatt.
